Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Sub-Zero San Jose.

Diagnostics & quotes

A flat diagnostic fee covers the in-home visit and assessment, and is credited toward the repair when you proceed. You receive an upfront quote before any repair work begins.

Parts & workmanship

We install genuine OEM parts. Any warranty on parts and labor will be stated on your invoice.

Scheduling

We service appliances by appointment. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift with dispatch conditions; we’ll keep you informed.

Limitation

Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with the appliance manufacturers we service.
